Terms Of Service
Please read the following terms very carefully before completing your registration. All terms and conditions established in this agreement are accepted at the time you register your account. The Best Deal Yet reserves the right to update this agreement without prior notification to its members. When changes are made to the Terms of Service, a notification will be provided via email or the internal support messaging system. Any use of The Best Deal Yet after the notification is posted establishes your agreement with the Terms of Service. If at any point you do not agree with the Terms of Service, you must cease use of the site.
Who Can Use The Best Deal Yet
US citizens and International users are allowed, except where membership is prohibited by law. All members must be at least 18 years of age. The Best Deal Yet does not discriminate based on race, nationality, disability, or religion. Specialized campaigns, programs and opportunities may periodically be offered to members residing in pre-selected nations or regions.
User Account Policy
You may only have one account. Please do not attempt to create more than one account or your account(s) will be terminated. If you have forgotten your user information, you can use the "forgot password" form to request it. You can refer an unlimited amount of people to join this site. You must have a valid e-mail address to register with our site. All e-mail addresses are verified and the system will not let you join without validation of your e-mail address. Report any suspected theft of your account and make sure to use a password that is entirely unique to The Best Deal Yet.
Members' Relationship to The Best Deal Yet
Nothing is expressed or implied that creates any type of employment relationship between the general members or advertisers and The Best Deal Yet. Members are not partners, employees, or sales representatives for The Best Deal Yet. Members have no legal authority to conduct business, solicit offers, or otherwise represent themselves as a partner or employee of The Best Deal Yet.
Taxes
US members will be required to fill out and fax or e-mail a 1099-misc form once they've reached $600 for the year. If you are a US member and have reached $600 for the year, your account and/or payments may be delayed until we receive the required form.
The Best Deal Yet Products and Services Statement
It is the responsibility of each individual to thoroughly research and evaluate any potential purchase of products and/or services offered on The Best Deal Yet. You accept full responsibility and liability for any and all purchases made, and any subsequent risk or loss associated with your purchase. The Best Deal Yet staff will be available to assist with any questions or problems relating to any The Best Deal Yet product or service and may be contacted at any time.
Termination of Account
We have the right to suspend or terminate a member account at any time, for any reason and without warning or notice. The reasons include, but are not limited to: fraud, non-payment for products and/or services, system abuse, spam, hacking, hate speech, slander, or any other actions found unsuitable by The Best Deal Yet. Account termination notification is issued via e-mail. If a member is found to be promoting, offering or using any unauthorized third party software or services used to "auto-click", "auto-surf", "ad-alert", or circumvent or defraud the The Best Deal Yet system in any way, such account will be terminated immediately. This includes bot programs. Legal action may also be initiated. Note that our system is very sensitive to cheating and it is easily detected. You explicitly agree that you forfeit any funds earned by you in the event you are caught attempting to defraud The Best Deal Yet.
Information Rights Policy
The Best Deal Yet will not, in compliance with its privacy policy, transfer or disclose to third parties any information you submit during registration or any information gathered during your use of the site.
The Best Deal Yet Non-Commitment and Limited Liability Statement
The Best Deal Yet will not be held liable for failed business opportunities, lost monies, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising from or related to The Best Deal Yet or this user agreement. All provisions of this section survive termination or expiration of the Terms of Service. The Best Deal Yet makes no warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to member accounts or products or services advertised on The Best Deal Yet. Third party links are viewed at the users own risk. The Best Deal Yet does not express nor guarantee any commitment toward any members, past or present. At any time, at the discretion of The Best Deal Yet, with or without notice, The Best Deal Yet may become unavailable to any or all members. If such termination or access to the The Best Deal Yet site occurs, The Best Deal Yet will remain without commitment to members, past or present. Additionally, there is no representation that the operation of The Best Deal Yet will be without errors or downtime, and we are not liable for consequences of interruptions or errors in the sites performance.
Spam Policy
Sending unsolicited email to people, asking them to join The Best Deal Yet without any prior contact with you is strictly against our policy. If we receive a complaint against you for spamming, we first verify that the Spam incident did occur and then we may delete your account.
Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless The Best Deal Yet, its parent companies, affiliates, customers, vendors, officers and employees from any liability, damage or cost (including reasonable attorneys fees and cost) from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your access to the Site, use of its Services, or violation of the Terms of Services by you. The Best Deal Yet may disclose personally identifiable information if required to do so by law.
Miscellaneous Provisions
These terms are subject to the laws of the United States. This agreement will be binding on, and enforceable against the parties and their respective successors and assigns. Past failure to enforce any provisions of the Terms of Service does not waive our right to enforce any such provisions at any time.
This Terms of Service agreement is a valid legal agreement between the registering party and The Best Deal Yet. By registering your account you agree that you are bound to all stipulations found in this agreement and that you have read and understood all terms and conditions listed. You assume all risks and liability arising from your activities conducted on The Best Deal Yet.
Ongoing Contact
You will be required to subscribe to our Aweber opt-in mailing list after submitting the registration form, this is so that we can contact you with important updates and alerts. While you are free at any time to unsubscribe from the updates, doing so will also invalidate your membership at The Best Deal Yet along with any future or actual earnings from ad viewing or personal referrals. So please be aware that if we cannot contact you then your membership will be automatically voided.
